I had a Chic and Digital Membership in 2016. What are my options for 2017?

The Chic Membership has been discontinued in 2017 and most Members have been rolled into a Flexi Membership package. In 2017 all Female Members of the Sydney Roosters will be invited to attend larger events relating to female Members in an effort to ensure any female Member associated with the Club has the chance to attend. The functions we will hold will be an opportunity to meet and network with like-minded women that share a passion for the club and Rugby League. Information will be comunicated via emails once event details are confirmed.

The Digital Membership has been discontinued in 2017 due to an agreement between the NRL and Telstra, which restricts the Roosters from offering the package in 2017. Most Members have been rolled into a Supporter Membership package.

How do I become a Sydney Roosters 2017 Member?

There are four easy ways to purchase or renew a Roosters Membership:

  • Online - membership.roosters.com.au
  • Telephone - please call the Roosters Membership Team on 1300 EASTS1 (1300 327 871)
  • In person - at Easts Leagues Club (93-97 Spring Street, Bondi Junction), at the Sydney Roosters Office (MP1 Car Park, Driver Avenue, Moore Park), or on game day at the Roosters Membership marquee located in the forecourt of Allianz Stadium (near Gate A)
  • Post - send a completed Membership application form to PO Box 693, Paddington, NSW 2021

When will I receive my 2017 Membership card and kit?

All Membership card/s and kit/s will be mailed directly to the nominated postal address of each Member. All Non-Ticketed Members' cards will be issued prior to Christmas. All Ticketed Members will receive their cards in January.

Once the kit has been dispatched, the member will receive notification via email and also provided with a tracking number. If you need to update or provide your email address please email the Membership Team - membership@sydneyroosters.com.au.

Please note that some delays may be experienced during the Christmas and New Year period. If your Membership card and kit has not arrived, please contact the Membership Team on 1300 327 871.

I am applying for reserved seats for the first time and would like to know where my seats will be located?

Each application will be processed on a first in - first served basis. We will make every endeavour to meet your seating preferences. However, in the event that we cannot fulfil your request the Membership Team will contact you with an alternate offer.

How do I purchase an extra seat for my Ultimate or Platinum Membership?

Ultimate and Platinum Members will be able to purchase their discounted extra seat once the Membership package has been added to the cart.

Can I have my seat allocated near my friends?

If you wish to sit with a group of friends or family, apply online in one transaction or mail your application forms to the office stapled together. Please include any additional requests in the "Comments" box when applying.

As a Member, do I have access to all home games?

Ticketed Roosters Memberships provide access to each home game at Allianz Stadium in 2017. Reserved seat Members are guaranteed their same seat for each home game at Allianz Stadium in 2017.

Chookpen Uncovered, Bronze and Flexi Memberships also guarantee you entry to each home game at Allianz Stadium in chosen General Admission areas. Please note, access to seating in these areas is subject to availability on a first in - first serve basis until capacity is reached.

What if I am purchasing a Roosters Membership package as a gift?

If the Membership is a gift please note that an automatic confirmation will be sent to the nominated email address as soon as the order is placed. If you do not wish for the recipient to receive any communications until the gift is received please ensure you register an alternate email address and contact number. Once the recipient receives their gift/gift certificate please contact the Roosters Membership Team to update the contact details for them.

Please ensure that you write the gift's recipient as the name on the Membership, as this will be the name printed on the Membership card.

If you require a gift certificate please email membership@sydneyroosters.com.au or call 1300 327 871 with the Member's name requiring the gift certificate and Member number provided in the confirmation email. You will then be emailed a personalised and print-ready copy of the gift certificate.

Please note that seats need to be allocated (for season reserved tickets) before the Membership card can be posted.

I cannot make it to all Roosters home games, but can attend some games. Is there a Membership package suitable for me?

If you plan on attending five (5) or more home games, the Bronze Membership will save you money on the cost of match day tickets. The package is available for only $159.99 per adult!

2017 Members will be able to forward their seat to a friend if they are unable to make it to a game. This information will be provided in December, so check your emails for more information

Your Membership is also transferable. If you are unable to attend a game you may give your Membership card or ticket to someone else to use. However, entry to the stadium will be subject to the classification of the Membership (e.g. an Adult cannot enter on a Junior Membership).

Alternatively, a Flexi Membership provides you with four (4) fully flexible tickets to use as you choose at ANY Sydney Roosters home games played at Allianz Stadium. The package is available for only $99.99.

What other benefits do I receive by becoming a Member?

Apart from guaranteed entry (for reserved seat holders) and your Membership kit, you are entitled to many other benefits including access to your Roosters players at Members Only events, access to Members first news updates, discounts on Roosters merchandise, discounts on match day tickets, opportunities to pre-purchase tickets for the NRL Final Series, State of Origin and NRL Grand Final.

I am purchasing a Chooker or Interstate Membership. How do I claim my tickets to use at a game of choice?

Chookster Members will be able to redeem their two (2) tickets online. Each Member will receive a code via email. Please ensure your email is up to date. If you need to provide or change an email address please email your Membership Team - membership@sydneyroosters.com.au.

Interstate Members can nominate two (2) Reserved tickets to attend one (1) Roosters interstate away game in 2017 (Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Townsville, Canberra or Auckland - pending the 2017 NRL draw). To nominate a game simply call the Roosters Membership on 1300 327 871 at least two (2) weeks prior to the selected game. Tickets will be available for collection on game day. Please note that your tickets will appear as COMP tickets.

What happens if I lose my Sydney Roosters Membership card?

If you lose your Roosters Membership Card it will need to be replaced (prior to our next home game for season and Flexi Members). Please notify the Roosters Membership Team immediately so your ticket can be disabled and so a new card can be issued.

No replacement fee will be charged to your account on the first occasion. If you require your Membership card to be re-printed on the second occasion a replacement fee of $10 will be deducted.

Discount Member parking is available at Wilson Parking EQ for only $15. Click here for more info.

Parking is available at Kippax Fields and also on Driver Avenue across the road from the entry to the MP1 Car Park. Parking is $25 per car.

Easts Leagues Club Shuttle

The Easts Leagues Club runs a free shuttle starting two (2) hours prior to NRL kick off, leaving every 30 minutes from Spring Street, Bondi Junction to Allianz Stadium and back again at the conclusion of the game.

Parking at Eastgate Shopping Centre (Spring Street, Bondi Junction) is available on Level 8 for just $15.

Does a Roosters Membership guarantee me entry to home games, even if I arrive late?

Sydney Roosters Ticketed Membership (Ultimate, Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze, Chookpen and Flexi) guarantees you entry to Sydney Roosters home games played at Allianz Stadium. You make big savings on the cost of tickets AND avoid all queues at the Box Office.


The closest train station to the Moore Park precinct is Central Station. You can then catch a bus from Eddy Avenue at Central Station to Moore Park or walk along Foveaux Street to Allianz Stadium.


From Central Station the following services are available, usually departing from Eddy Avenue (Stand C).

Routes 339, 374 or 376 - alight at the first bus stop on the bus roadway along Anzac Parade at Moore Park.

Routes 372, 391, 393 or 395 - alight at the first bus stop on Anzac Parade

Are there pensioner, concession or student rates available?

Concession rates are available across most Ticketed Membership categories for the following people: Aged, Invalid, Disabilities, TPI, War Veterans pension card holders, children 16 years of age and under or students attending a recognised educational facility full-time.

A certified photocopy of your Concession Card or Student Identification Card must be included with your 2017 application if older than 16, or adult rates will be charged. Concession cards must be taken to all games and may be checked at any time upon entry to the venue.

Juniors are classified as any child under 16 years of age.

What is the definition of a Family Membership?

Family Membership packages accommodate two (2) adults and two (2) children under 16 years of age; or one (1) adult and three (3) children under 16 years of age.

I have young children I would like to bring to the football with me. Do they need their own seat?

Children aged two (2) years of age and younger are permitted free entry into Reserved and General Admission areas only if sitting on the lap of their parent/guardian. 

Children aged five (5) years of age and younger are only permitted free entry into General Admission areas. 

Children aged six (6) and over must have their own match ticket.

When can I renew my Membership for 2017?

Memberships for 2017 are on sale now! Please click 'renew' to log into your Roosters Account.
Alternatively, we have sent a renewal email to all of our Members so please please check your emails to follow the prompts, or contact the Roosters Membership Team on 1300 EASTS 1 (1300 327 871).

What is the best way for me to renew my Membership?

The best way to renew is online through your My Roosters Account. This way you can check your Membership status, update details and renew in your own time.

When is the same seat renewal deadline?

The same seat renewal deadline is Friday 2nd December 2016.

Renewing Members will have until Friday 2nd December 2016 to renew their same seat as 2016. After this date, the Roosters Membership Team will fulfil any seating requests.

Can I sign up a new Member on my account?

Yes, Members can add a new Member through the My Roosters Account when making a purchase. Simply go through to Checkout and enter the new Member’s details.

What happens if I have not renewed my seat(s) by the deadline?

If you held a reserved seat the previous season and we have not received your application and payment details prior to the renewal deadline, your existing seat will be released for sale. If you have special circumstances and cannot meet renewal deadlines, please contact your Roosters Membership Team before the renewal deadline on 1300 327 871.

What is QuickBuy?

Quickbuy is a convenient new payment method which is available on all non-reserved seat packages on the Roosters Membership (The "Site").. Quickbuy is only available for full price purchases, not part payment plans are available via this payment method.

Can I pay for my 2017 Membership via instalments?

If you would like to pay for your Membership via instalments, we offer a payment plan through Roosters MyPay. Payments are applicable on a monthly payment plan from October to July.

Payments will be made in equal instalments with the first deduction commencing 17th October 2016 and final payment scheduled on the 17th July 2017. If you sign up after the commencement of the payment schedule you will be required to make a catch up payment to ensure your account is up to date, then equal instalments will be deducted on the 17th of each month.

If Members are two or more payments behind schedule, the club withholds the right to temporarily cancel your barcode until your account is made financial.

All customers purchasing via Roosters MyPay will have their account automatically rolled-over for the following season. To opt-out of the roll-over advice must be received in writing once the final payment for the 2017 season has been received. All Members will be provided with an opportunity to opt out in September 2017. For further information regarding the Roosters MyPay Program, please call the Membership Team 1300 327 871.

What is Roosters MyPay?

Roosters MyPay is the Sydney Roosters payment program designed to remove the hassle of manually renewing your Membership. MyPay allows you to have your Membership automatically roll-over each season. You can choose whether to pay via equal monthly payments or one annual payment. Both options roll over each season, however you are provided with a window to upgrade, change or opt out of your Membership in September each year.

Can I have more details about Roosters MyPay part-payment?

Monthly instalments are deducted on the 17th of each month between October and July. Payments are deducted through the Sydney Roosters Membership program which is managed by Ticketmaster. Therefore you will see debits from Sydney Roosters/Ticketmaster on your bank statements following each deduction.

What is the Code of Conduct?

All Members are expected to comply with a strict code of conduct and respect fellow football fans. In the event of misconduct your Membership may be cancelled at anytime. As a Member, you agree to:

Work with the Club to enforce the Code of Conduct at home and away games.

Respect that opposition fans have an allegiance to their own Club and welcome all fans to our home venue.

Not abuse or use bad language towards fellow supporters, away supporters, players or officials.

Understand that anti-social behaviour causing offence by words, actions or intoxication will not be tolerated and will result in ejection from the venue and possible cancellation of your Membership.

The Sydney Roosters have a zero tolerance policy towards racism and discrimination. Sanctions including cancellation of Membership, stadium eviction and fines will be imposed for Members and fans that racially vilify players, officials, staff and/or other spectators.

Advise Security or Police of anti-social behaviour.

Abide by the Conditions of Entry of the Sydney Cricket & Sports Ground Trust.

If you notice any anti-social behaviour please report the incident to stadium security or follow any prompts that appear on-screen.
