When will I receive my 2017 Membership card and pack?

Depending on your Membership, your merchandise pack and Member card will be delivered at varying times after purchase. The first group of Membership packs will be posted in October and will start arriving in November. From October going forward please see below the estimated times:

  • Reserved same seat renewals: Member cards and packs will be posted together to the nominated address after purchase. Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery
  • First year reserved seats: Member packs will be posted after purchase, please allow up to 20 working days for delivery. Member cards will be posted after new seats have been allocated
  • Reserved seat Members with seat requests (relocating or adding Members): Member packs will be posted after purchase, please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery. Member cards will be posted after new seats have been allocated
  • Unreserved & Flexi Members: Member cards and packs will be posted together to the nominated address after purchase. Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery
  • Non-ticketed Members: Member cards and packs will be posted together to the nominated address after purchase. Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery

For all Ticketed Membership purchases two weeks prior to each home game, your Member card will be available for your collection at the Roosters ticket window in the main forecourt of Allianz Stadium at the next game day (just outside Gate A). Your pack will be posted as normal.

How do I update my details?

The easiest way to update your Membership detail is online through My Roosters Account. CLICK HERE to access your Membership account.

As a Member, do I have access to all home games?

Ticketed Roosters Memberships provide access to each home game at Allianz Stadium in 2017. Reserved seat Members are guaranteed their same seat for each home game at Allianz Stadium in 2017.

Chookpen Uncovered, Bronze and Flexi Memberships also guarantee you entry to each home game at Allianz Stadium in chosen General Admission areas. Please note, access to seating in these areas is subject to availability on a first in - first serve basis until capacity is reached.

What if I can’t use my ticket at a home game?

Members with a reserved seat can resell their seats for any home game to fellow Members with the seat return program. If you put your seat up for sale and it is purchased, you will have half the price of the ticket credited towards your 2019 Membership.

Alternatively, Members are also welcome to forward their seat to family or friends; just pass on your Members card for them to use at the game.

What other benefits do I receive by becoming a Member?

Apart from guaranteed entry and your Membership kit, you are entitled to many other benefits including access to your Roosters players at Members only events, discounted tickets and merchandise throughout the season, access to Members first news updates, opportunities to pre-purchase tickets for the NRL Finals involving the Roosters, NRL Grand Final and State of Origin.

What happens if my Membership card is lost/stolen?

If you lose your Membership card it will need to be replaced (prior to our next home game for Season and Flexi Members). Please notify the Roosters Membership Team immediately so your lost/stolen card may be disabled and so a new card can be issued and posted.

If your new card will not be ready in time you will be provided with a replacement card or paper ticket to be collected on game day at the Sydney Roosters Ticket Collection Window (located in the main forecourt of Allianz Stadium).

How do I request new seats or move to different seats?

To request additional seats, or to move to new seats, you will need to complete the seat request form on the Roosters Membership website.

Seat movements will commence in November 2017 and requests will be considered at a first in - first serve basis and based on your Membership tenure. The team will make every endeavour to ensure we meet your seating preferences. However, in the event that we cannot fulfil your request, the Membership Team will contact you with an alternate offer.

How do I select my Members choice item?

When purchasing/renewing your Roosters Membership, you will be prompted to select your Members choice item. It will then be included in your Membership pack.

How do I purchase additional Members items?

When purchasing/renewing your Roosters Membership, you will be asked if you would like to purchase additional exclusive items. Simply select the items you would like to include with your Membership pack and check out.

Does a Roosters Membership guarantee me entry to home games, even if I arrive late?

Sydney Roosters Ticketed Membership (Ultimate, Gold, Silver, Bronze, Chookpen and Flexi) guarantees you entry to all 10 Sydney Roosters home games played at Allianz Stadium. You make big savings on the cost of tickets AND avoid all queues at the Box Office.

Central Coast and South Australia Members are also guaranteed entry to their respective matches using your Members card.

Interstate Members are also guaranteed entry to the away match nominated using your Members cards.

Can I purchase tickets for family and friends to sit with me?

Members can purchase tickets for family and friends for all home games at Allianz Stadium, reserved seating is subject to availability. If you are a reserved seat Member (i.e. Ultimate, Gold, Silver and Chookpen Covered), please call your Membership Team to see if nearby seats are available.

Chookpen Uncovered, Bronze and Flexi Members are able to purchase additional tickets online in your same bays; simply enter your Member promo code on Ticketek to access seating or call your Membership Team.

Alternatively, all Member cards provide access to general admission seating (Bays 1-9, 18-23, 25-30); so you can purchase additional GA tickets online and sit together with family or friends.

How can I return my reserved seat?

If you have a reserved seat and are unable to make one or more home games at Allianz Stadium, you can return your Membership seat for other Roosters Members to purchase.

To return your seat, please email or call your Membership Team and the seat will be made available for sale on Ticketek to fellow Members.

The tickets will only be accessible to Members who enter their password on Ticketek, and so there will be no opposition fans who will have access to your seat.

What seats at each stadium are undercover?

At Allianz Stadium, all seating in Gold and Chookpen Covered Memberships are undercover.

All seating in Silver, Chookpen Uncovered and Flexi Chookpen Memberships are not undercover.

Bronze and Flexi GA Memberships provide access to General Admission seating. Therefore, Members can elect whether they would like to sit undercover for each match. Seating is available on a first in – first served basis.

At Allianz Stadium, Rows CC-PP are undercover seats. Rows A-BB are not undercover.

At Central Coast stadium, Bays 35-41 and Bays 46-52 are undercover seating.

Where is General Admission seating located?

Allianz Stadium - Bays 1-9, Bay 18, Bays 20-23, Bays 26-30. Bay 19 is an unlicensed bay/alcohol free bay.

Central Coast Stadium - Bay 1, Bays 12-25, Bays 31-32, Bays 44-47, Bays 51-54. Bay 11 is an unlicensed bay/alcohol free bay.

Adelaide Oval - TBC

Where are the staff located on game days?

There are two Roosters Membership marquees at Allianz Stadium on game day. One will be located in the main forecourt just outside Gate A.

The second marquee will be located in the Eastern forecourt just outside Gate E.

Will my Membership card provide access to other venues or to the NRL Finals?

Ticketed Member cards (Gold, Silver, Chookpen, Bronze and Flexi) will scan only at home games at Allianz Stadium during the 2018 regular season. This means that your card will not be active for matches played on the Central Coast, at Adelaide and during the NRL Finals.

Ultimate and Platinum Upgrade Member cards will be active for all home games, including Allianz Stadium, Central Coast and Adelaide (excluding the NRL Finals). Your card will serve as your ticket for all 12 home game venues.

If you have purchased the Central Coast ticket or a Central Coast + Adelaide ticket with your Membership, your card will be active for the respective match.

Central Coast and Adelaide Member cards will be active for the respective home game and will be active for one (1) home game at Allianz Stadium.

Interstate Member cards will be active for one (1) away match of choice and for one (1) home game at Allianz Stadium.

Please note that ALL Member cards will not be active for any representative matches, the NRL Finals Series or the NRL Grand Final.

Who qualifies as a Concession/Junior?

Concessions are recognised as those with a valid Pension, Invalid, Disability, TPI and War Veterans pension card; as well as children who are 16 years of age and under or students attending a recognised educational facility full-time with a valid concession card.

A certified Concession card or Student Identification card must be taken to all games and may be checked at any time upon entry to any Roosters home game by Membership staff or SCG Trust staff.

Juniors are classified as any child under 18 years of age (born during or after 1999).

What is the definition of a Family Membership?

Juniors are classified as those aged 18 or under (born during or after 1999).

Family Membership packages are flexible and can accommodate:

  • One (1) adult and two (2) juniors
  • One (1) adult and three (3) juniors
  • Two (2) adults and one (1) junior
  • Two (2) adults and two (2) juniors
  • Two (2) adults and three (3) juniors
  • Two (2) adults and four (4) juniors

Do kids gain free entry at home games?

Children aged four (4) years of age and younger are permitted free entry to Allianz Stadium only if sitting on the lap of their parent/guardian.

Children aged six (6) and over must have their own match ticket.

Can I pay for my 2018 Membership via instalments?

If you would like to pay for your Membership via instalments, we offer a payment plan through Roosters MyPay. Payments are applicable on a 5-month payment plan from October 2017 to February 2018 or a 10-month payment plan from October 2017 to July 2018.

Payments will be made in equal instalments with the first deduction commencing 17th October 2017 and final payment scheduled on the 17th February 2017 or 17th July 2017. If you sign up after the commencement of the payment schedule you will be required to make a catch up payment to ensure your account is up to date, then equal instalments will be deducted on the 17th of each month.

If Members are two or more payments behind schedule, the club withholds the right to temporarily cancel your barcode until your account is made financial.

All customers purchasing via Roosters MyPay will have their account automatically rolled-over for the following season. To opt-out of the roll-over advice must be received in writing once the final payment for the 2017 season has been received. All Members will be provided with an opportunity to opt out in September 2018. For further information regarding the Roosters MyPay Program, please call the Membership Team 1300 327 871.

What is Roosters MyPay?

Roosters MyPay is the Sydney Roosters payment program designed to remove the hassle of manually renewing your Membership. MyPay allows you to have your Membership automatically roll-over each season. You can choose whether to pay via equal monthly payments or one annual payment. Both options roll over each season, however you are provided with a window to upgrade, change or opt out of your Membership in September each year.

Can I have more details about Roosters MyPay part-payment?

Monthly instalments are deducted on the 17th of each month between October and July. Payments are deducted through the Sydney Roosters Membership program which is managed by Ticketmaster. Therefore you will see debits from Sydney Roosters/Ticketmaster on your bank statements following each deduction.

Can I pay for my Membership in advance if I am on a part-payment?

You can certainly pay for your Membership in advance. Please call your Sydney Roosters Membership Team on 1300 327 871 or login in to your Roosters Account to make a payment.

Members Code of Conduct

While barracking and supporting your club is a vital part of the game, offensive or aggressive behaviour (including yelling and swearing when dealing with players, Club staff, agents or other NRL event staff) will not be tolerated. Club Members who consume alcohol on a match day are to do so responsibly. Drunkenness will not be tolerated.

Club Members who breach the behaviour code of conduct may face penalties including cancellation of Membership without refund. The Club endorses the NRL’s stance on vilification and has a zero-tolerance for members or supporters who abuse the opposition, opposition supporters, or referees on grounds of race, religion, gender and sexuality.

If you notice any anti-social behaviour please report the incident to stadium security or follow any prompts that appear on-screen.

When can I renew my Membership for 2018?

Memberships for 2018 is now on sale. Members will then be able to renew their same seats, upgrade and add Members to their account.

Roosters MyPay allows you the ease of automatic renewals for your Membership. Instead of having to renew the Membership yourself, the Membership will rollover with the same package next season. To jump on to this easy and stress free method of renewal, please contact your Membership Team to opt in.

What is the best way for me to renew my 2018 Membership?

The best way to renew is online through your My Roosters Account. This way you can check your Membership status, update details and renew in your own time.

When is the same seat renewal deadline?

Members are encouraged to renew their seats prior to the Nov 30 deadline, as you will be at risk of losing your seat to other Members who are relocating or new Members following this period. No guarantees on same seat renewals apply after this date.

Can I sign up a new Member on my account?

Members can add a new Member through the My Roosters Account when making a purchase. Simply go through to Checkout and enter the new Member’s details.

What happens if I have not renewed my seat(s) by the November 30 deadline?

If you held a reserved seat the previous season and we have not received your application form and payment details prior to November 30, your existing seat may be released for sale.
