Seat Return

We understand that our Reserve Seat Members can’t attend all matches, and in 2017 all Reserve Seat Members will be able to return their seat/s for any matches they cannot attend. Simply follow the steps below to return your seat, and if successfully sold, you will receive a credit on your account!

1. Select My Roosters account on the Membership website

2. Log in to your Roosters account

3. Select the game you wish to return and select - manage this event

4. Follow the steps below in order. Select return, tick the box to confirm and finalise by hitting return at the top of the page.

5. Select 'continue to redeem' on the next screen.

6. Tick the box to agree to the terms and conditions and press submit and you are done!

Wrong match?

Once you have returned your seat, the Membership team will make it available online for other Members to purchase. If you have selected the wrong match, you must notify the team immediately. Once it is re-sold, we cannot reverse the seat return.

Membership Credit

After returning your seat, it will be made available online via Ticketek for other Roosters Members and fans to purchase. If your seat successfully sells, you will be receive a 50% credit of the re-sale price into your account. The credit can then be used against your 2018 Membership!

A special password will be sent to all Members next week, which can be entered on Ticketek to access all of the available Member seats that have been returned. These seats are strictly available to Roosters Members and fans.
