Seat Return

We understand that our Reserve Seat Members can’t attend all matches, and in 2017 all Reserve Seat Members will be able to return their seat/s for any matches they cannot attend.

How does it work?

Members will simply need to login into their Roosters Account, select the match they cannot attend and opt to return their seat/s. Please note: this feature won’t be available until the 2017 draw is released.

Membership Credit

After returning your seat, it will be made available online via Ticketek for other Roosters Members and fans to purchase. If your seat successfully sells, you will be receive a 50% credit of the re-sale price into your account. The credit can then be used against your 2018 Membership!

i.e A Reserved Seat Member can't attend 4 games, that will equate to a $75-100 saving on their 2018 Membership if their seat/s are successfully sold at each match.
